TPS and TPS+ – The new Plastic Screws of Schraubenfabrik Schmidt

We are pleased to be able to offer you two new products from our production: The TPS and TPSplus screws for plastics (Thread for Plastic Schmidt).

The TPS/TPSplus represent the optimum connection for thermoplastics and are characterized, among other things, by a long service life, minimal radial stresses, lower thread forming torques and major cost benefits.

As a manufacturer, we are flexible in the selection of heads, drives, materials (e.g. in steel (10.9) or stainless steel (A2/A4)) and surfaces and offer all common combinations, e.g:

1. Pan head screw with pressed washer and Torx
2. Pan head screw with pressed washer and Phillips or Pozidriv
3. Lens cylinder head screw with Torx
4. Countersunk head screw with Phillips or Pozidriv
5. etc.

Our dimensions for the TPS/TPSplus range from 3mm to 8mm in diameter and from 8mm to 80mm in length.
